IF YOU HAVE, OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS A HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT...
YOU CANNOT KEEP IT ON YOUR MIRROR WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION!!!
It is not only illegal, it is VERY dangerous.
It can create a "blind spot" for you.

Also, you must NOT park in a handicapped space unless YOU are the one the placard is issued to, or you are driving them. This is 24 hours a day, even on private property!!
Anyone who gets this VERY expensive fine for the abuse of a permit deserves it BIGTIME!!!
